♢Communication♢

We will communicate a lot during our time of service and the communication starts right here:

♢ You have a total of 3 changes that are included in the price you paid.

♢ I will give you updates about your commission when I did a major part. The major parts consist mostly of the following:

1) Sketch phase – I will send you a WIP (work in progress), changes are made without a fee at this stage.

2) Lineart – It is difficult to change things here so it depends on the complexity of your commission if I can change anything during this stage or not.

3) Base color – You will get a WIP of the base colors that you can approve or tell me what you want to change.

4) Rendering – You will get a WIP that you can approve or tell me what you want to change.

5) Final product – Here comes your final approval. Once we hit this stage your commission is done, congratz! :3

All of the WIPs will have a watermark on them. Only the finished commission data file that you will receive via mail in the end will come without the watermark.

♢Extra Fees♢

In special occasions it might happen that I have to charge an extra fee, which can be:

♢ You exceeded the total amount of 3 changes that are included in the price you first paid.

♢ You want me to add a major detail/upgrade the artwork during the process.

♢ You want me to finish my work in a limited time frame (deadline).

♡ Exceptions of charging extra fees are when I am in the wrong. ♡- e.g. I missed a detail you told me to add during our communication.

♢Duration♢

♢ I am not a fulltime artist so the time I need for completing a commission can vary significantly depending on my job and the complexity of your commission.

♢ I do have an estimated times chart. You can find it here.

♢ I offer deadline commissions but please note that tight deadlines, depending on the rush, may come with additional fees.

♢Orders♢

♢ I accept commissions through application forms, so fill one out if you want to commission me.

♢ I choose my orders personally depending on what catches my interest. I will contact you within 48 hours if you are a CHOSEN ONE.

♢ I do art as a side career so my delivery time can differ but I will try to finish your commission as soon as I can.

♢ You will receive an invoice via mail if you activate the checkmark for it in the commission form.

♢Payment♢

♢ Please check my prices before commissioning me so we can avoid wasting time and arguments.

♢ I will receive the FULL payment up front for illustrations/PNGTuber models.

♡ VTuber Payment Info ♡

♢ I will receive 70% of the payment up front for VTuber models (art and rig).

♢ The other 30% of the payment will be paid when I finish my work. You will only receive your files when I received the full payment (the missing 30%).

♢ If you fail to pay me/ghost me/etc. after the VTuber model commission is done I will receive the rights for your model and am allowed to do with it whatever I want (resell it, use it as my own etc.). Futhermore you will be put on my blacklist.

♢ The payment is made through PayPal invoice. ♢

♢ The currency equals EUR. ♢

♢ The payment must be executed within 48 hours or you will be put back on the waiting list (last spot). ♢

♢ Once I received the payment I will start working on your commission. ♢

♢ Do not pay me until I confirmed your commission slot and you received the invoice. ♢

♢Refunds♢

NO REFUNDS after I started working on a commission.

You can cancel the commission if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

♢Quality♢

♢ I mostly work with big canvases (e.g. 7000x5000 pixels)

♢ Once I am done with your commission you will receive the piece of art in full resolution via e-mail.

♢ I will send you your product in .png format, if you want to have a picture without a background it will be a transparent .png file.

♢Usage♢

♢ I am allowed to promote your commission on my channels like streaming the progress, posting wips etc.

♢ I have the right to use any commission for my portfolio.

♢ If you don't want me to publish any of the progress of your commission on my social media or later in my portfolio you have to pay HALF OF THE PRICE (on top of the full price) of the commission.

♢ If you don't want me to publish any of the progress of a VTuber model commission on my social media or later in my portfolio you have to pay A QUARTER OF THE PRICE (on top of the full price) for each art and rig.

♢ You need to credit me (esp. Live2D) on your social media with a link to my twitter profile or my name. If you don’t know how to credit properly here is how it is done:
- Live2D art and rig by @/LaTeddyNecto on Twitter/X.

♢ If you fail to pay me/ghost me/scam me etc. after the commission is done I will receive the rights for your commission and am allowed to do with it whatever I want. (use it as my own etc.)

♢Rights and Copyright♢

♡ Artwork Rights ♡
(includes animations, emotes assets etc.)

♢ I offer private and commercial commissions.

♢ If you want to use your commissioned art by me as merchandise, prints etc. you have to pay DOUBLE the price of the commission.

♢ After you paid for the commercial rights you will receive the license for your purchase via mail from me.

♢ You can also buy a piece of art privately and pay the price for the license later when you decide to use it for commercial purposes.

♢ Intellectual property and credits remain with the artist, me, LaTeddyNecto.

I will put you on my blacklist if you break the copyright infringement and every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

- removing watermarks without my consent

- tracing or changing things on your own

- reproducing/using artwork commercially without owning the license

- taking credit of the artwork

- altering my work without my consent

- using the commissioned work for AI related use and publishing it

♡ VTuber/Live2D Rights ♡

♢ If you pay for a Live2D model you will automatically have the freedom to use your VTuber model for any commercial purposes including streaming, advertising and social media promotion or selling merchandise.

♢ You will receive the .psd file and the rigging file once the model is completed for future work on your model.

♢ If you spot errors once the model is finished you can request up to 3 updates for the rigging within a time span of 6 months after the model is completed. Any further updates within or after the 6 months will cost extra. The price then will depend on the complexity of the wished changes.

♢ Since VTuber models are expensive already you only have to pay A QUARTER OF THE PRICE (on top of the full price) if you want everything regarding the VTuber commission to be a secret. (art, rig or both)

♢ If you fail to pay me/ghost me/etc. after the VTuber model commission is done I will receive the rights for your model and am allowed to do with it whatever I want. (resell it, use it as my own etc.)

♡ Selling Ownership ♡

♢ If you plan on selling illustrations or VTuber models of an OC to another person you have to ask for my permission first.

♢ If you want to resell the works associated with said OC you should not surpass 20 percent of the original commission price.

♢ Before selling an ownership contact me so we can discuss, agree upon and document your plan of selling it.

♢Others♢

♢ If I am for some reason unable to finish your commission for any unjustifiable reason you will receive a full refund.

♢ I can refuse or cancel an application without giving you any reason why.

♢Waitlist♢

♢ I have a waitlist and will tell you via mail if you are put on it.
